Our Crimsafe security door collaborations with BRAX windows and doors from Geelong have become a very popular item and we are continuously refining our customer experience process.
We have created close to thirty individually designed, top quality doors to date; and the orders are still coming in.

Customer profile (Steps 1-3)
Meet Jan
I caught up with Jan just the other day and I quickly worked out she loves bright colours!
Her home is a bright blue, and she was keen to show me her garden full of beautiful coloured blooms for the bees and for the sake of "not being boring".

Step 4 DESIGN PROCESS

Now I get busy putting everything I gathered (visually and verbally) from our initial consult together into some design concepts.
Jan's door for example, will include gum leaves and birds, possibly a kookaburra.....and we are considering a warm rich yellow to pop against her blue facade........you can follow me on instagram to watch the process of Jan's door unfolding.

Step 5 COLOUR

All our doors are coloured in a hardy powdercoating process, so colour choice is another exciting topic to chat about!!
Sometimes this is an obvious choice due to the colour palette of your home, but sometimes clients like to express their personalities in the entrance of their home!!!!!!

Step 6 MEASURE

A representative from BRAX will contact you to arrange a site visit to take the required measurements for your new security door.
BRAX are professionally affiliated with Crimsafe and they produce a top quality aluminium frame that screw clamp the security mesh in place making them extra tough.

My creative metal work grille is what makes our doors stand apart from the rest!

From here I will stay in contact with you as I refine your design and I will let you know a proposed timeframe.
Designs sometimes come together quickly while others take a little longer.
I will send you images of my design refinements via text or email.
Your wishes are very important to me and I will be listening closely as well as using my own design experience to help guide the process. I consider this one of the most important steps in the entire experience xxxx

Step 7 CREATE

I will get back in contact when I am starting to create your door in my studio.

Step 8 FACTORY

Once my grille is complete it heads off to the BRAX factory where the experienced team create the frame and arranges the powdercoating.
Note that our coastal doors are pre treated with a unique process to stop the ocean air getting under the painted surface. Thus ensuring longevity and a quality finish.

Step 9 INSTALL

BRAX will contact you to arrange a time to install your completed custom Crimsafe security door!

Step 10 ENJOY X

You are then free to enjoy your "door jewellery", the fresh air flowing through your home with the peace of mind of your family's security.

Most importantly, you will have a distinctive entrance to your home that reflects your personality.
